Bad news for Australian cricket fans as Steve Smith is out of the third Ashes test due to an injury followed by Archer's bouncer. He was hit by a brutal bouncer from Archer on the 4th day of Lords Test, quite similar to a Philip Hughes.

Smith went for the medical check-up and came back later to continue his innings though he didn't bat in the second innings. The medical advisors and physician have restricted him from taking part in the Headingly. Smith was in red hot form these days and was making a great impact in Test cricket. He scored 144,142 and 92 in the three innings of Ashes cricket.

Steve Smith also became the first official player being replaced by a batting substitute. After his nasty blow, he was replaced by Marnus Labuschagne who also went to score 50 in the second innings that helped Australia to save the test.

Without the presence of Smith, it will be a real test for the Aussies to save a match in Headingly. Ashes cricket 2019 has suddenly gone more viral because of Smith and Archer. Best in the business.
