Indian middle-order batsman and a star player for Chennai Super King has recently announced his retirement from ODI cricket format. His surprising retirement has upset many fans around the globe as India is performing exceptionally good in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Yuvraj Singh retirement was a moment of sadness for Indian cricket and fans across the globe as he deserves a super farewell. Now Rayudu has come up with his resignation and fans are desperate to know the reason.

Ambati Rayudu was born on 23 September 1985 at Andhra Pradesh. He was the captain of India U-19 in 2004 U-19 cricket world and led his team to the semi-final. He did his ODI debut against Zimbabwe at Harare in 2013, a fact that he was picked too late for the International side. He had a strong ODI career with an average of 47.06 in 55 matches having three ODI ton along with his name. He had a best IPL season in 2017 when he helped his team(Chennai Super King) to make a strong comeback and lift the trophy. He played his last ODI in the recent series against Australia in India.

Playing the World Cup is what a batsman dream off. This year Rayudu will turn 34 and he finds it impossible to have another cricket world cup in his career. He loses hope when Rishabh Pant and Vijay Shankar were picked up in the world cup squad while he was waiting for his turn.

Apart from the two retirements of Yuvraj and Rayudu India is performing exceptionally well in the ICC cricket world cup 2019.
